Thankyou for your purchase! To help you get complete satisfaction from your investment, please read this instruction sheet and keep it for reference, along with your Bill of Sale.

CONDITIONAL RETAIL WARRANTY
--> All plants are guaranteed to be true to name, in good condition when sold, and grow, providing they receive the correct installation, site conditions, fertilizing and maintenance required. Plants are a living, perishable product and their survival is directly dependent on the location, planting and care you provide.
-->Should the plant fail to survive within 1 year from the date of purchase, Sunstar Nurseries will provide a one time credit for 50% of the original purchase price toward new product (excluding any delivery and installation costs). Cedars, vines and borderline hardy plants are guaranteed for 90 days and no later than September 30 of the same year of purchase. There are no cash refunds on plant material.

EXCHANGES

- all claims must be reported within one year of purchase.
- the original Bill of Sale must be presented as proof of purchase.
- the plants must have been properly planted and cared for. Please refer to our planting instructions.
- The dead plant must be returned. Please notify us in advance for larger trees. A site or plant inspection may be requested.*
No Warranty is provided for:
- annuals, herbaceous perennials, patio plants (or plants left in containers above ground).
- bare-root stock or seedlings and cuttings in plugs.
- plants on sale or discounted purchases.
- plants damaged by improper handling, wind, snow load or late spring frosts.
- when the site conditions do not allow for adequate drainage,
EXCHANGES
- Exchanges will only be considered for potted plants (with Bill of Sale) within 2 days of purchase, if they have not been planted or removed from the container, and are in the same condition as they were when sold at the discretion of nursery staff.
- The plant must be able to be re-sold, at our discretion.
- We cannot accept exchanges of plants that have their root balls wrapped in burlap or are in wire baskets.
